‘Jharokha’ is a word used to describe a small window with beautiful carvings around it. Having a ‘Jharokha’ in the house was a common practice at the time of Rajas & Maharajas. Women (under pardah system) used to peep out through ‘Jharokas’ so that no one could see them directly. At Apkamart we have tried to recollect those days and added a decorative angle to it. This article is made out of wood and can be easily hung on the wall to give a traditional look. You can also use it as a photo frame and place your preferred picture inside it.
Each product is handcrafted by skilled artisans and there can be a slight variation in colour and design. At Apkamart all products are personally checked for quality before dispatch.
